At Sofisticado Destination Management we understand that the transportation can be one of the most important aspects to your program. In many cases this is the first and last impression your attendees and clients will have - and this is also true when it comes to your impression of us.
We only use the best and most reputable transportation in the area. With vehicles ranging from Executive Sedans, SUVs and Sprinter Vans; to Mini-Coaches and Motor Coaches we are able to meet all of your program needs. Whether it is a VIP program or of 5,000 people for a National Sales Meeting, we will be there with clean and professional vehicles.
Our Standard Operating Procedures for all vehicles:
- Staff to Advance and Dispatch
- Vehicles will stage at location 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled time
- Program Signage is visible on all Vehicles
- Drivers all Dress and Carry Themselves Professionally
- No Drivers will solicit gratuities (already included)
